THERAPEUTIC BODY WORK
My Passion is MEDICAL MASSAGE, which is a focus on specific muscles that you may need help with .
Hands on Care and physical body therapy to release and or relax your entire body from the normal stress of your day.
Relaxing Swedish, Sports massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Stretch therapy are also available.

Our Personal Trainer possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. He instructs and assists people in reaching personal health and fitness goals. Instruction of general fitness to motivate clients to set and meet their fitness goals and be accountable for their success
